Remodelers expect influx with existing home sales rising
Existing home sales rose in February with lower mortgage rates and increased buyer confidence. According to the National Association of Realtors (NAR), existing home sales in February increased 1.7% to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 4.09 million. Inventory levels indicate a healthy supply.
